Yes, there is an American community. It developed during 40 years of the Cold War, when 250,000 US troops were in Germany. We were there for only 2 or 3 years and then came home. Some GIs were “barracks rats” who never left post, others of us got out and traveled and learned a functional level of German to get around when traveling. Some guys never got beyond “Bier, bratwurst, pommefrites, and schnitzel.” And looking for that mysterious town of Ausfahrt one saw the signs for on the autobahn.
And some of them were engaged in kidnapping German girls and smuggling them back to Turkey. I remember several stories about that in the Frankfurt area during my 7 years there.

I think you evaluation is a little off. While it is true that Muslims are pushing for dominance, I think (and this is just an opinion) that they are just feeling out the population, seeing how far they can go before they have to full Genocide. On a tactical level, the more people they get into position of power, especially political power but also in in police departments and in the military the easier it will be for them to take over.
In military terms they are preparing the battlefield.
