When people in a community find out that their local public library is hosting a “Drag Queen Story Hour” – bizarre men in garish women’s clothes reading LGBT-themed books to young children ages 3-8 – their first reaction is usually shock and disgust. They wonder, “How is this happening?”

What about that kid, sitting down, opening a book, right now, in a branch at the local library and finding drawings of pee-pees and wee-wees?
Somebody will eventually step up and take direct action against the creeps in charge of the local library.
Let’s do our part in exposing this latest evil on the part of God and human hating demoniacs.
I have a very low tolerance for some of this.
Honestly, the death penalty wouldn’t bother me.
This is sexual abuse, any way you twist it.
They are introducing things to these kids, that they don’t need to know about until they are nearly adults.
I think that’s already in the program: “Progressive Pride for Preschoolers Artist Hour.”
Miss Hildenbrand, the librarian who used to hold our library’s story hour when I was a child, has to be spinning in her grave.
If you go to their web page and look at the ‘about’ section you’ll see why they’re doing this. Just look at their ‘core values’.
My women’s club raises money yearly for the local library. If they start that crap...they can kiss the $$$ and our support goodbye.
Who do you think buys all those “Left Wing” books that otherwise end up on the remainder counters in bookstores?

Also you can just ask if your local library is affiliated with the ALA (American Library Association.) That’s the radical group.

My understanding is not all libraries are affiliated with ALA (American Library Association)
Sounds patriotic, but it’s the radical left group.
We can raise a ruckus/ protest against the dragsters & their ALA sponsors, but perhaps unwise to advocate “direct action” against “local librarians” in general.
My local library has an older lady who dresses up like Raggedy Ann or Cat in the Hat to read classic children’s stories on Saturday mornings.
My first thought is why anyone shows up.

this is why I never joined the ALA.
But, the problem isn’t the libraries, nor, the LBTQ etc folks.
The problem is the parents that put up with it. If the parents didn’t bring the kids, the program would die.

The ALA is, and for decades has been an extremely leftist, activist, dangerous organization.
Agreed as shown by their previous gross bias and ignorance when renaming the "Laura Ingalls Wilder Award" (presented for children's literature) to the PC "Children’s Literature Legacy Award". Change was made because her "Little House" books of the 1930s contained contemporary accounts of the later decades of the 1800s in the U.S. Midwest that the ALA deemed as deplorable. Thus a female pioneer of establishing children and young-adult books as a recognized genre gets booted by snowflakes desiring a soullessly named award.
