The big boys will continue to steal content. “viral videos” the news calls them without paying a cent.

Levi’s and Walmart have both been busted marketing unique designer t-shirts with stolen artwork.

This is merely to launch Napster-like prosecution of the commoners for fair use infractions.

The photo of Joe Biden with his boy’s Ukranian masters couldn’t have gone viral.

A picture really can say what a thousand words doesn’t.

Vote yes if you are a knowledge creator.

Vote no if you want poor quality, cheap stuff.

Wage your own lawsuit, it’d be more profitable and carry more weight.

Stamp out taxpayer funded third party courts.

Or go on People’s Court or maybe find a Sharia judge to settle your dispute.

Yes, it’s weighted in favor of the big corps. But consider that anyone can register a complaint without needing a lawyer. The author of the “viral” content can get back at the network. There are plenty of conservative content creators— especially software writers. I’ve heard tales of software being tied up in court because of claims filed by competitors— trifling bits of code that someone claimed to have copyrighted.

A concerted effort could easily overwhelm that system and bruise the heels of these corporations. A sore heel will theoretically, cripple a giant. It costs them something.

This is the worst-case scenario. I don’t think it will get past the senate, but if it does, there’s Trump. Barring that, it can be tied up in the courts.

I’m trying to be optimistic about this. I remind myself that whenever someone tries to strike, they leave an opening.
