CBS ratings are in the basement. Hope CH didn’t sign long term contract.
I will miss her... Does a great a job at Fox News, not sure how she will be at CBS.
Would Martha MacCallum go there as well?

Love Catherine ... one of the very, very few true investigative, unbiased ‘reporters’ out there. She has great sources and they obviously trust her due to her integrity. I’ll miss her because as a matter of principle, I’m totally unwilling to watch SeeBS. I’m sure the money is great, but I think she’ll regret the move. As someone else on the thread mentioned, Sharyl Attkisson’s experience with SeeBS comes to mind.
Maybe CBS is going straight? We can dream.
Her hits per week will drop substantially at CBS.
So, CBS makes the sacrifice...They hire CH simply to stick her in a corner and marginalize a great reporter. Now, expect other MSM’s to do the same with other decent reporters.
CBS is as “straight” as Shep Smith, Don LeMon, etc...
She’ll be Audrey Hepburn at the Tiffany Network.
Sorry. But all these “reporters” have bias and an agenda. Only a vapid celebrity worshipping fool would be enamored by any of them.
Does she realize they will spike ALL of her reporting?

Gotta be honest, she tried to be a journalist. She always avoided speculating. She honestly stood out as someone’s who was trying. Hopefully she doesn’t change and turn to a hate filled leftist. If she changes them rather than the other way around this could be good

She hid her lib side, but would add a little dig without obvious bias.
It's amazing that someone that is just fair, is considered a conservative. How low has the bar been set?
If shep shows up at cbs, you will know she was part of a package deal.
The over the air networks are bleeding viewers, and their "news divisions" are laying in the gutter, puken dark, lung blood.
cbs is trying to buy it's way back to semi-respectability.
for those keeping score, CBS News has hit rock bottom in ratings...left-wing spin on the "news" is a saturated market...and news executives are just starting to get over their hangover from the Obama, binge-slanting years...

I use comcast and DVR Blue Bloods from cbs and they have one outstanding feature that I love.
They have a feature called "Smart Resume".
When you DVR Blue Bloods, and play it back, just by hitting the fast forward feature, it automatically skips the string of commercials and re-starts at the correct segment of the program.
You can watch an hour long program, commercial free, in 38 minutes with no special skill, just hit FF to 3X, and go to the next part of the program.
This might be a test program, because I've not seen this on other programs {but in fairness, I don't watch much regular TV}.
She will hate it there but as they say”Money Talks”.
