New letter to the Court from DOJ on the Flynn case.
They misidentified the FBI agents' notes.
Strzok's notes are really Pientka's notes, and Pientka's notes are really Strzok's notes.

Flynn charges need to be DISMISSED.
Posting this so FR journalist members can run a story on it.
ha I said i wanted to see strozs other 302’s
from the letter:
“the Government has no other corrections to make on this case....”
Quoting Alistair McLean:”Once is chance. Twice is coincidence. Three times is enemy action.”
The newly filed document is here for anyone writing a story:
The United States of America, by and through its attorney, the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, hereby files with the Court its most recent discovery correspondence in this case. Earlier today, the government transmitted the attached letter to counsel (Attachment A), which states that this morning the government confirmed that it had misidentified the authorship of the handwritten notes from the January 24, 2017 interview of the defendant. The notes the government had previously identified as Peter Strzoks, are actually the other agents notes (see Surreply, Exhibit 1), and what the government had identified as the other agents notes are Strzoks notes (see Surreply, Exhibit 2).
Theyve had 3 years and they still cant make the lies work.
not a vanity. you are reporting.
Write you opus on the other hand...
We need more disgruntled, well-written FReepers to leave.
Nice! Which book, Ive read all of his and its very true. A thought when you hear a train whistle, some one is getting railroaded. IMO
Didn’t I read the other day that the FBI “lost” the original 302 on Flynn?
My apologies. Apparently it is actually Ian Fleming from “Goldfinger”. I did think it was McLean.
True. I got curious and did some research on it. Ian Fleming is what I think. I read all his too. Very prescient as the Brits would say. It is what it is, we have issues now how do we respond? Wisdom guided by experience is all I have. Its fight, fu$$k, or go for your gun.
Well, I think it is a complicated situation. People who are after negative power—in this case political—have a basic tactic, which is to threaten or blackmail or character assassinate the person until they receive the desired withdrawal of behavior. It is really almost irrelevant if the accusations are true or not. If they can’t get the person, they use harm to a relative/loved one as a threat.
The fight back is more complex because it often relies on turns of situations from sources outside the enemy’s initial fight circumstance/arena. So those who attempted to bring down Trump by character assassination did not give anough weight to the millions of voters who did not care about his personal pecadillos or who responded to him as a leader or who gained from his economic actions.
I don’t know how Sidney Powell has been able to last so long as she presents herself professionally just as I don’t know how Louie Gohmert has but I am very glad that both are still around and in the game.
Interview last night with Flynns attorney.
