After some difficulty,I think I have found the before and after maps for the recent redistricting in Virginia.

Here is the Republican controlled legislature’s Congressional map as drawn after the 2010 census. I’m not sure that “contiguous and compact territory” as stated in the state Constitution applies to 7 and 5. Especially 5, which while not looking like a salamander (Gerrimander), 5 does look like Godzilla with a thin neck and head.

I had some trouble finding the most recent court ordered redistricting map. I think that at the link, the old one is second line far right, and the new one is 2nd row center.
