The “total nominees pending” count at the site you linked to is NEVER right. Their are currently 78 Trump nominees pending Senate action. See at below linked site:

That site is always delayed but it is the official Government site.
I also use https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/nominations/judicial and to see which nominees have been brought to the Senate floor I use https://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/executive_calendar/xcalv.pdf
