My 18 year old neighbor girl just passed the fitness test and she must be all of 110 lbs. Not to belittle her, because she kicked azz and I’m very proud of her, but I don’t think the bar is set too high.

Why Trump has not reversed this horrible women in combat policy of Obama is beyond me. But not to worry, the problem obviously lies with the test and not the women failing it. It would be helpful if we knew the male failure rate to use as a baseline.
Sounds like the ladies are not doing their PT. The military becomes more corporate by the year. Maybe they paid them a bonus to do PT they would do it.
I suspect a lot of men do too these days.
The US DOD is a massive political bureaucracy, based in the heart of the deep state.
They will drift along with the ridiculous political and social trends just as any other bureaucracy in Washington DC.
There will probably come a time when lots of dead bodies tell them they need to adjust their thinking - but that is not a problem for today and certainly no one advances in the bureaucracy by pointing it out.
Is this the lesser physical test for women or the original men’s fitness test?

This can’t be true. I just saw the latest Avengers film. Women are just as good as men in combat.
The Army Combat Fitness Test is obviously sexist, and must be changed.
(I was going to add the /s tag, but I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the test is “modified” to “fix” this problem.)
It’s obvious that the New Army Combat Fitness Test is sexist and misogynist and must be replaced. It’s the diversity and inclusiveness of an army that ensure its success, not outdated ideas like combat readiness.
18 years old. 150 lbs wringing wet with a 60lb combat ready ruck with full patrol loadout, 25lb prc25 radio with spare battery and accessories. Assign them to an air mobile outfit. Use them in an air mobile mission eagle flight, have the huey hover 4ft above the hot LZ in a flooded rice paddy and have the troop jump to the ground prepared to move out. Happy Veterans Day vets

By then, they will not have a way to fight their way out of total slavery.
