its hard to see how this could happen so easily..
Nursing is the only critical industry where per diem or people with language disparities are used so often. Could you imagine per diem cops or firemen or per diem chefs at a major food prep factory. Or per diem accountants? Its like a carousel with everyone jumping on and off.
One more reason to NEVER get a flu shot!

True enough, but as in any cross section, some folks are organized and others are just not paying attention.
You need to document folks, so you can contact them later on.
What if a lot# is found to be no good, or problematic?
This very well could be a license issue.
Remember that fiasco ... double dose and several military people died and many more were disabled. I was there and signed my shot record and left, others were not so lucky.
Next year, in Oregon, you can get your flu vaccination at the dentist.

I’m a type 1. Not only do I not make any insulin, everyone tells me to just lose weight and exercise because they heard on TV that’s how you get diabetes.
They don’t realize there’s two very different types that should have been named totally different diseases.
Anyway, I’ve over dosed insulin because I thought I was going to eat some carbs and didn’t, or just got a strong batch (years ago this could happen).
On a pump now so not as many problems but I still have to bolus before each meal.
? In Alabama, I just go to my local Podunk pharmacy, and the girl behind the counter gives me the shot.
