It is getting increasingly harder to be friends with any Democrat. They will still vote for Democrats even if babies are born alive and put on the side to die. How do you be friends with someone like that?
And if you are friends with them and don’t try to change their mind on this issue every time you see them, how is one going to explain that to God when the time comes?

Yep. Judges may instruct a jury on how to reach a verdict, but if they instruct them on what the verdict should be, then a well-informed jury should do exactly the opposite.

DING DING We have a winner folks. I’d hang that jury in a hot minute. What the hell does the judge need a jury if he decides guilt or innocence by fiat.
....a career in law enforcement and I never experienced a judge expressing his opinion of guilt via jury instructions. This is a solid case for a mistrial, if the defense chooses.

Maybe there is a concern the defendant will be found not guilty by this trial and jury, so the judge is sabotaging this jury on purpose.
Trespassing?
Do Planned Baby Killers have no Trespassing Signs on their properties so they can give “legal notice” to the Trespassers? If not, they can go screw themselves.
Conspiracy?
They are really trying to convict this man for showing the world what they were really doing
The judge would then slap you with contempt of court and probably jail you.
As the article states, the jury is to decide whether PP was harmed by the trespass, and if so, what damages should be awarded.
A better move by the jury would be to claim that PP had not been damaged by the trespass and award them nothing.

This “judge” should have recused themselves.
Something about this doesn’t seem right. I thought a directed verdict could only be NOT guilty.
