The checkerboard-MSM is, itself, linked to the clown-ISIS-Ukraine sedition.

Jim Homes and Chris Murphy will be on Talk shows...? I think in 2020 Connecticut is going to flip for Donald Trump and a few Congressional district.

This is how Democratic Socialists like Stalin and Mao run their courts and elections not America.

Well stated, well written, another great piece.

As William Baar stated in his Federalist speech last week:

Of course, Congress’s effective withdrawal from the business of legislating leaves it with a lot of time for other pursuits. And the pursuit of choice, particularly for the opposition party, has been to drown the Executive Branch with “oversight” demands for testimony and documents. I do not deny that Congress has some implied authority to conduct oversight as an incident to its Legislative Power. But the sheer volume of what we see today – the pursuit of scores of parallel “investigations” through an avalanche of subpoenas – is plainly designed to incapacitate the Executive Branch, and indeed is touted as such.

The costs of this constant harassment are real. For example, we all understand that confidential communications and a private, internal deliberative process are essential for all of our branches of government to properly function. Congress and the Judiciary know this well, as both have taken great pains to shield their own internal communications from public inspection. There is no FOIA for Congress or the Courts. Yet Congress has happily created a regime that allows the public to seek whatever documents it wants from the Executive Branch at the same time that individual congressional committees spend their days trying to publicize the Executive’s internal decisional process. That process cannot function properly if it is public, nor is it productive to have our government devoting enormous resources to squabbling about what becomes public and when, rather than doing the work of the people.

By the way it's all here on FR for anyone to read and I suggest everyone here take a look. It's very well done with nothing left out,Freeper style.

So as we see the goal of the dems is to upend the will of the people as seen in the 2016 elections. Hillary didn't like loosing and so she tasked the DNC which she basically bought to do something about it. Since the DNC can't even tie shoe laces without help they passed the job along to the company.

Destruction of nations is what the CIA does on a regular basis. We see what has transpired since Trump took office. the solution:

VOTE THESE IDIOTS OUT OF OFFICE NEXT YEAR!!

I TOTALLY agree that taking dowm Obama would be a VERY BAD move for Trump, because it would TOTALLY alienate a huge number of voters Trump has worked very hard to bring over to his side, and really needs to vite gor him to win the 2020 election.
But, going after Brennan, Clapper, Clinton, and all the rest of the cabal will make him a champion fighter of corruption, and thus a hero in the minds,a the majority of voters.

We are tired of the wait. What did you think of AG Baar’s speech at the Federalist society?

IF Obama goes down, it would most likely be from somebody who wants to deal Obama for a lighter sentence. Of course, that person would need to have actual evidence, not Adam Schiff level feelings. And that population would be smaller; Biden, Hillary, Holder, Jarrett, and a few others. Maybe Carlos Danger has another stash of secrets somewhere?

Rod, all of our hopes are invested in Barr and Durham. Barr talks a good game, but we still have Roger Stone convicted of a phony crime; Flynn still being hounded by a DOJ that his blocking the release of exculpatory evidence; Rudy Giuliani being investigated including for FARA violations (like Flynn), and repeated delays in the release of the IG report and indictments by Durham.

Is Barr running out the clock until Congress reauthorizes the NSA metadata collection law, which expires in mid-December? Will he suspend Durham's operation as we get closer to the 2020 elections? We are all frustrated by the Dem/MSM impeachment scam. The release of the IG report would change the current dynamic. Impeachment would be seen as just another part of the ongoing coup attempt. Indictments would introduce some accountability for Deep State, now the heroes of Schiff's impeachment star chamber proceedings.

With Shiftys most recent declaration at the event in California it’s immediately apparent this is all about base appeasement and polishing his own apple.

His I make all the rules should scare anyone who doesn’t think that they would be treated the same way if they dare stray from the message of the Dems which is simply “ you don’t matter”. Fill my pockets and shut up ...

So far as my aging memory serves, you are the first comment I’ve seen that I think hits what it’s all about.

I also think it’s why the Durnam/Horowitz reports are delayed.

What we have here is a cabal of people, began by, I’m thinking Valerie Jarret along with some other Muslims.

Nobody’s going to take down America on a Battlefield. But infiltrate some of their agencies, insert some bad guys, get yourself a personable, good looking black guy to run for President....and boom, with time and patience, America becomes Muslim, Isis, Al Queda....whatever.

So some jerk manages to get elected President and he’s seriously looking into things. They got to fight back, even if they look silly and dumb.

But with the Durham/Horowitz thing out there I agree with you. Some negotiating is going on....SOMEWHERE.

Because Barack Obama was our very first black president. He was good looking, a good speaker, and he was awful at governance but since he was our first black president gentle Americans just like myself bowed graciously and allowed him to write his own laws, deliver billions to our enemies in Iran....on and on it goes.

No doubt the Republicans knew a thing or two but they have mostly air between the legs and too didn’t want to appear mean to our first black president.

And now, even though the damage the Obama administration did, and ALMOST destroyed our country was great that no white man would get away with, we really don’t want to bring Obama down to infamy in our history.

Yeah I think there’s a lot of negotiating going on to somehow get America out of this without hurting our very first black president.

It all scares the hell out of me.

I thought the speech was brilliant. Barr exposed for all to see how unfairly Trump has been treated by the out of control courts. It does make a difference as to who is on the courts. Mark Levin did something similar with his Men in Black book.

Barr also made his feelings know about DACA, which should send a signal to SCOTUS.

For Obama to go down, there must be a process that incriminates and then incriminates some more and then some more. There must be a continuous flood of evidence that infuriates and inflames the American public.

As a practical matter, before Obama appears on TV in handcuffs, he will show up in his new house in the South of France. He will self exile before being convicted

I read Barr’s speech, and it IS powerful. And I also remember how I felt the day he went before Congress and elicited a HORRIFIED reaction from one female Demonrat when he said Trump had been “spied on”!
That he was CIA and a member of the Deep State is concerning, BUT perhaps he’s now willing to expose its corruption and take out its leaders before they destroy our Free Republic!

As always thanks for your easy to understand never to be heard on any news channel or in the media take on the topics of the day.

The MSM is all about confusion and in the end clicks and viewership so they don’t dare synthesize things the way you do.

Excellent descriptions of the guests on this morning’s shows.

The idea that it is OK to withhold justice because Obama is implicated is abhorrent to me.

I do not at all agree with the idea that Obama must be protected. The rule of law must be followed, even if it was the first black president who played fast and loose with the law. We have equal justice, or we don’t.

It would be a terrible precedent to give Obama a pass, just awful.

All of the interim steps to an Obama indictment are unlikely anyway, because the public outrage just isn't there and most likely won't be.

I grew up in Chicago, where a certain level of corruption was inevitable. That level of tolerance seems to have spread across the entire country, which leads to acceptance of bad behavior. At least on a one-sided basis.

I thought it got formalized with the concept of "Situational Ethics", which is the use of 4 and 5 syllable words to excuse away inherently bad behavior.

Great post fish and you are absolutely correct.

Obama/Jarrett did their best to bring the country down destroying every facet of govt. they could. Then after infiltrating the Muslim brotherhood everywhere they could they got rid of hundreds of our top officers in the military by forcing them to sign on to killing Americans which most refused to do. In addition 150 billion to the mad mullahs to appease the cabal and delivering some misc. expenses,2 billion, in the form of gold, silver and cash on a pallot at midnight by UPS jet went barely noticed as well.

By now the DNC is severely missing that must have that savior of all saviours the: race card. Without the race card to coverup every misdeed done by the hard left they are stuck with trying to justify their crazy biased misdeeds on almost a daily basis. It's impossible to do.

Thanks Rod. Agree in the end Barr’s speech will be a good cross check on future actions.

Hopefully swift and final when it happens to cleanse the system of these charlatans.

The Donald is the only one who really knows the end game that is being played. Great he has some strong supporters in the house, and a travesty that Mitch M , who has probably been feeding from the trough himself, isn’t as forceful as some of them.

The true message for those who care to listen and see it is both sides of the aisle have enriched themselves by the Biden type deal that is being protected.

The simplest version is we pay taxes but in the end it gets laundered back into the representatives pockets.

Is that what we call representation.
