Every year half a dozen really good young gunslingers enter the NFL. Mr Kaepernick is now in his 30’s. The SPLC has openings.
Still, because of the hype and all the virtue signaling, if he had just played along he would very likely have been signed by someone. He screwed it up for himself, if he really wanted to come back and play - which remains unclear.
Why should he? He’s probably making more money from Nike than he would on the field, and can’t be exposed as mediocre at best.
That’s what happens when you go from Kaepernick to KaeperNike.
You suck...then you suck really bad.
At a lifetime QB rating of 88.9 he wasn’t a “really good” gunslinger even back when he played.
Maybe the Canadians could use him ?

The NFL should send him a bill for whatever expenses they had for getting this event set up at Falcons stadium, IMO.

If I had a team, I’d try him out at QB with my 4th string Offensive Line vs. my First String Defense.

I read recently that he was 3-16 his last two seasons. If true, that’s well below average.
