I have a question for those more learned than I on the judicial process should Ginsburg not last through the end of the year.
Regarding cases that have been heard but not finally ruled on (homosexual supremacy cases in particular), does her vote go in the dumper, or is it passed on to her successor who is informed of the case? Or, since the justices immediately vote on the cases before them, does her vote stand posthumously?

The Dems are now going to try block his last nomination to the Supreme Court. Sort of like how Obama was stopped right before 2016 election.
The Deep State will then steal the 2020 election through Soros voting machines. This is even though a bigger majority of people will vote for President Trump than in 2016.

If the 2020 election is about who will control the Supreme Court, Dem voters will ensure they win by whatever means necessary.
If the Supreme Court is already lost to them in 2020, it will kill their morale.

Having a nomination teed up for the winner IMO would motivate liberal voters more than anything.
For Trump and McConnell to essentially flip a USSC seat would be epic. It also would likely make the left go so crazy that they would turn off a number of moderate/independent voters.
Also, it would take off the table the urgency for the Dems to get their candidate in, since the one obvious nomination for the next four years would be taken off the table.
Reports were that she was being sent home Sunday morning - we shall see.
