Abuse of power is not solved by more abuse of power.
If there is a trial in the Senate, then the President's lawyers will then be able to subpoena Schiff-face's phone records, the phone records his staff, and those of the whistle-blower and his lawyer.
What needs to happen now is for Nunes to sue Schiff-face in court for breach of privacy, to open a complaint with the House Ethics committee against Schiff-face for abuse of power, and for President Trump to sue Schiff-face for violation of the attorney-client privilege.
Agreed. Due to some of his own past statements, positions, or actions, Graham catches a lot of grief here, but we really need to stop eating our own. But, Graham needs some serious help with his public statement prep so as not to look like he's accepting Schiff's shenanigans as permissible.
Its time to cross the Rubicon. NO more playing nice with Marxists and swamp monsters.

No they won’t. McConnell makes the rules and won’t allow it.
It can be. That's how abuse of the cloture rule was resolved. The GOP started doing the same abuse that the DEMs did, until Harry Reid changed application of the rule so it could no longer be abused vis-a-vis nominations.
The best way to get rid of an unfair law is to enforce it to the hilt.
I see it as a self-defense principle. If somebody attacks me with force of violence, illegally, I am darn well going to use force of violence to defend myself.
I agree. Unless Nunes openly sues Schiff-for-brains, the LSM will say nothing and 85% of the voting public will never hear of this incident.
On the other hand, if Graham even attempts to subpoena S-f-b's phone records, it will be headline news on the 6PM and 11PM newscasts for at least 3 or 4 days, the Three Stooges of late night TV will play it up big, and the spin will be what mean, nasty people the Republicans are. The worst part is that the same 85% of the voting public will be mislead into believing that Schiff is the aggrieved party.
In a level playing field where the LSM wasn't a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Democrat Party, I would see Graham as a mealy-mouthed wuss here. Well, he may still be, but...
