Pavel Ok, a musician from the southern town of Kiryat Malakhi..immigrated to Israel at the age of 8. Like many other immigrants to Israel, he was not circumcised. And until the end of his high-school years, he hadn’t intended to do anything about it.
.. He made the decision to have the belated circumcision during his army service... Ok was 21 when he received the requisite referral for the procedure. “The operation itself went just fine,” he says. “I was given a local anesthetic and I didn’t feel a thing. The healing process was also easy enough. For the first two days it hurt when I had an erection, but after a week everything functioned normally.”
At that point Ok didn’t imagine that the surgery would have far-reaching consequences. “It took a few years for me to understand that I had lost something. At first you don’t get it. A girl goes down on you and it’s terrific, and then another one goes down on you and it’s less terrific. As time passes, you understand that there was something you had really enjoyed at one time, but suddenly it becomes just routine sex. But it’s not only in oral sex. The feeling is 180 degrees different. In someone who’s not circumcised, the tip of the sexual organ is covered with a super-delicate, moist tissue. If you don’t have the covering and it’s constantly touching your clothes, it becomes less sensitive over time. It’s something else – people who are circumcised at eight days have no clue.”

As a Christian, I don’t believe it matters. Especially spiritually speaking. Physically speaking however:
1) Circumcision has been beneficial in 3rd world countries in terms of reducing the spread of certain diseases.
2) Most advocates of making male *infant* circumcision illegal in the Western world are annoying and ‘woke’ or have strong anti-Semitic bias — or going so far as to equate it even with female genital mutilation. Sorry, not the same thing!
You can’t circumcise an Iranian, there is no end to those pr!cks.
As a Christian, to us it does not matter.
For Jews, it is decreed by God.
1. The health benefits or lack of them are inconclusive. It seems illogical that God would create a body part that was detrimental to us - it’s more logical that He deigned circumcision as a way to separate His chosen people from others (*)
2. I’m not so sure about that any more - I think they have a strong anti-Muslim bias. Jews have been circumcising for decades if not centuries and no one “cared”.
* As to the method of separation, that’s a bit negated considering that Ancient Egyptians from before 500 BC practiced circumcision.
That is a different topic, but in my experience, Iran is not the threat to the USA, nor Iranians.
The threat is Saudi Arabia - nearly all of the 9/11 jihadis were Saudis and every single Jihadi attack on the US or in Europe has been committed by Saudi-inspiread Sunni Wahabbis.
No Shia have launched attacks on infidels in Europe or North America or India or Africa

Your chances of getting infections and sexually transmitted diseases like AIDS lessons one hundred fold when you are circumcised. And some of these potential infections can result in some pretty dastardly consequences.
Another sensible religious edict... Avoidance of pork. Pigs are one of the dirtiest animals on earth and Trichinosis is a nasty little disease you can get from eating under cooked pork... It also shows up in Bears, another dirty animal and Dogs, another dirty animal.
That’s why I always like my bacon crisp and my sausages well done.
What you wrote about Trichinosis was true in the 1970s, but is no longer true. Pigs are a completely different animal now, raised differently and are not the filthy creature of decades ago. You show your age, but there is nothing wrong with that!
Unlike you, I don’t support that vile concept that is Islam. Why do you do that?

Different sites say different things — as per WebMD Clinical trials, many done in sub-Saharan Africa, have demonstrated that circumcision reduces HIV infection risk by 50 percent to 60 percent, the CDC guidelines note. The procedure also reduces by 30 percent the risk of contracting herpes and human papilloma virus (HPV), two pathogens believed to cause cancer of the penis.
That’s one site and it talks about a 50% reduction, not 100-fold (10,000% reduction)

Circumcision is a blood covenant between an individual and his God. It just so happens that good things come with it.
As for pork...even cooking to well done doesn’t kill all the parasites. Furthwrmore, unclean animals are built anatomically different from clean animals. That difference prohibits a merciful and kosher kill of unclean animals. Just for hahas, compare the ordinance against pork with the topic of a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
Some nations are wanting to probibit circumcision even of Jewish babies which is yet one more fist in the face of God.
