[[But they used to TRY to sloowwlly immerse the sheeple into ideas.]]

That all ended when obama took office- the masks came off, the gloves came off- and it became all out war- They don’t even bother trying to hide their raging seething insanity anymore-

It’s a task to break free from the collective these days. Even looking at the internet for a few minutes is can become a traumatic experience. If one is awake enough. The new world that is being shoved down our throats is becoming a rotten nightmare of epic proportions. Is this really it? They can’t be serious can they. Ha. The jokes on us. Ha.

The elites will keep their multiple private homes for sure—some pigs are more equal than others.

And if even HE is now saying “slow it down, you’re becoming too obvious!”...

they really went off the deep end.

He got bad mouthed by the SJW’s last month or so for BARELY saying “don’t be so obvious!!”

They’re ruined.

60 percent of America thinks they’re insane.

That should be enough to take the house back next year, if we get a grip on the cheating.

Personal property is the foundation of freedom. Unfortunately property taxes undermine that.

All must have chaines placed on their wrists to save the planet. for the Children all must ban meat and cheese! All must become Democrats and ban hate speech. All must listen to CNN only and place cameras in your homes to make sure you say only approved things. Failure means being sent my trains to the Re-education camps in Alaska. All to save the children and save the world from Global Climate Change.

All these rich elitist socialists live in mansions and have gigantic carbon footprints. But I’m the one that has to conserve and change my lifestyle? F*** them!

I hate these people.

It would be for new housing. Thankfully at least in my neighborhood they are done building. It has passed in Oregon. California has a sorta plan. But Virginia is the state that’s pushing this. Will be interesting to see it evolve. Again I don’t care what happens in Virginia anymore.

My question to. But New York City seems to still get a ton of revenue and all they have are row homes and apartments.

In their minds the lesser nobles who actually own the multifamily buildings will still pay the taxes - as will the owners of the McJobs where the inhabitants work. Between rent control, Section 8, and anti-discrimination laws, this will allow them to farm the permanent underclass out to surrounding areas - most cities can’t provide basic school and emergency responders for their non-contributing underclasses anymore because they have no tax base left.

The NYC metro area is already experimenting with this, but they fail to see the most basic problems; nobody wants to buy existing single-family homes if welfarians can be trafficked into their neighborhoods, and the mobility they retain by avoiding buying homes has caused a real “brain drain” here - our young talent is fleeing, and instead of waiting for retirement, middle-aged workers are leaving as soon as their last children finish high school (not college - they go elsewhere for less money in better schools).

NY state has tried to reverse the brain drain by offering “free tuition”, which in reality is indentured servitude; you must remain in the state after graduation for the same number of years for which you’ve accepted the “free” tuition. It won’t work because the lack of opportunities make it difficult to remain - and you have to pay the tuition if you leave.

This war on private homes was the natural follow-up to the war on private automobiles; young people assume they will die owning nothing, having used other peoples’ homes and vehicles (leasing, ride-sharing) their whole lives.

Someone owns those buildings, and they pay taxes on them.

As more and more adults forego children, they see no point in paying property taxes (in the NYC metro area, they are more than half your property taxes - and if you pay rent instead, you’re helping pay someone else’s property taxes); those people were already avoiding buying homes, so cities in particular have to farm out their breeding underclass to attach them to sugar-daddy taxpayers (renting or owning) to provide the services the cities can’t provide anymore (financially).

Over-55 communities, as well as multi-family buildings with small units, are the desired development for many municipalities today; they bring in $ without public school clients (the largest expense for most municipalities).

I’ll do it just as soon as every house and Senate Dem and every Soros-paid henchman has proven they no longer have a private residence.

Except for the elite government employees, they’d have a house and a vacation home.

google dacha for more information.
