Wind blew it in through the window.
Some cop was looking to get a nice easy window tint ticket and all hell breaks loose.
#FloridaWoman musta been going to one helluva party!
Just an oversize "bag of blow" being moved by the cartel! /s
It’s not mine officer, really!..................
Is Florida woman married to Florida man?
Soon to be dead Elizabeth Espinoza
Guess I need to get that “probable cause” tint removed
I only counted 9 packages and not 12. It seems to me by watching Miami Vice that almost all drug dealers seal their packages by the kilo.
Who has the other three packages?
Illegal tint! LOL!
Pobrecita, Legalice la cocaína ahora, es una sustancia natural, ¡como la marihuana!
Florida law enforcement has been using the same excuse to get a search warrant or driver search permission since the late 1970s.
Their best line:
“Is it OK if we search (or dog sniff) your car?”
Most drug drivers actually agree to a warrantless search.
Probably because they hope to get a plea bargain, even though a lot of them would drive away free if they demanded a search warrant.
I have a feeling this wasn’t Elizabeth’s coke and she will be squealing.
I thought I was the only driver in Florida without illegal window tint.
I figger the cops somehow profiled her and went with dodgy tint.
“Troopers pulled over 27-year-old Elizabeth Espinoza on Tuesday afternoon after observing illegal window tint on her vehicle”
she violated Catnipman’s First Rule of Lawbreaking: “Never violate more than one law at a time.”
These mules are STUPID.
I won’t offer suggestions (don’t want them to get away with it!!).
However, anyone with half a brain could minimise the chances of getting pulled over.
It is amazing in Californicator land where so many thing are illegal, that too tinted vehicle windows are not against the law.
Here, they use the magically/mysteriously broken tail lights to pullover a single vehicle out of the millions on the road in northern California with a lot of illegal drugs in the car.
After the vehicle is pulled over, another miracle happens.
Another cop car comes up with a canine drug sniffing dog in the back seat. As soon the 2nd cop car pulls up parks on the side of the road. The drug sniffing dog goes into high gear and finds a lot of wrapped packages that end up on the pulled over vehicles hood or top of the car or by the side of the road for everyone to see.
Our local family members live in 4 different Bay area counties, and every legal driver in each family has seen the broken tail light get drivers in trouble.
Amazing how that happens.
