An illegal immigrant whose genetic material was allegedly found on a dead New Jersey prostitute will walk free on murder charges all because police wrongfully obtained his DNA and a judge wouldnt let them take another sample, according to local reports.
Still, Guatemalan national Rafael Camey is expected to be deported Tuesday following the decision in a Passaic court to drop charges against him, the Bergen Record reports.

Chris Christie faced criticism for appointing him, and I remember Ann Coulter defending Christie for appointing him.
A 50 year old hooker? They should deport this schmuck in a C-130 and push him out the door without a parachute.
The Judge should be Deported with him.
Oh, goody. He’s being deported. Now he’ll only rape and kill Guatemalan women./s
Not so sure, Marie Osmond is pushing 60, she could pass for 30.
Why? Because she was an experienced, skilled worker?
Twilight Zone: Imagine, if you will, a world where President Trump is afforded the same protections of law and process as this murdering dirtbag alien.
I normally am OK with bad results for actual police misconduct, because you ahve to stop that.
But it looks like most of the misconduct was the police not investigating further after they had a DNA match.
ANd there is no indication that the rapist was forced to sign the paper; all he had to do was say he didn’t understand it, and then they would have had to have given him a spanish version of it.
I don’t know why they don’t have spanish versions, but remember that he could also have been columbian, or from some other country, and they all have slightly different languages, and so I guess they could get dinged for whatever one they picked.
It seems amazing to me that we don’t have other ways to collect DNA samples than actually getting them from the perpetrator. Of course, it amazes me that anybody consents voluntarily to DNA samples.
OK. Illegal Guatemalan perp. Islamic judge.
But regardless, inadmissible evidence is inadmissible evidence. The same thing would have happened if it were two white guys involved. Has happened many times before.
No, he’ll just turn around and come back to kill some more.
I call it a result of bad procedure not misconduct. If they’d have held him down and forced getting a sample perhaps.
This decision would be reversed on appeal. Apparently, a Muslim judge does not value the life of a woman.
she could pass for 30.

You need to supply the units.
Yes, and in that case, I don’t think the Supreme Court case applies, as it wasn’t “egregious misconduct”, just bad procedure. They should be allowed to go back and ask him again. He could refuse to sign the paperwork, then they could go through normal means.
The DNA isn’t what led them to him the first time, so it isn’t that the arrest is tainted.
I think though that the idea we can just deport him and get him out of here is appealing to the locals, who don’t want to spend the time fighting this.
