I knew this would happen. Putting Ray, Starr, Dersh et al on the same team was because many of them were directly related t the Clinton impeachment, where there were real charges that had places in the Criminal Code.

None of the Democrat charges against Trump had actionable crimes (like for this charge, if guilty, there would be this or that punishment). The SCOTUS should throw it out as illegitimate. Wouldn’t that start a reeee fest?

Dersch said he’s not really on the team and that the only thing he will do is give an hour long presentation discussing the merits of the impeachment.
