“dog faced” - having a face not unlike a member of the canine family. Mr. Biden was simply expressing an opinion. There are instances in nature where some humans exhibit facial characteristic akin to the canine family.
Conclusion: Mostly true.
“Pony Soldier” - a member of the US Army cavalry whose primary means of transport was the horse. Current day cavalry is part of the US Army infantry. Both are the primary ground-fighting force of the Army.
Conclusion: Factual and True.
When Trump called a woman a horse face, he was called out as sexist. Calling a woman dog face is suddenly a joke.

At this point I'm just rubbing my eyes. I can hardly believe what I've been seeing. Between Quid Pro Quo Joe actually bragging about getting the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating his low life sun fired, to Fancy Nancy ripping up a copy of possibly the best State of the Union speech ever given; the Democraps seem to be self destructing at a breath taking pace. When Donald Trump said we would get tires of always winning I gave smile and a humph. Go figure. It looks like he was spot on.

Biden’s question was insanely stupid, though, because anyone can watch a whole Iowa caucus on CSPAN so there is no mystery as to what a caucus is.

Sounds like something a career Leftist politician would say. I bet deep down, Quid Pro Joe is angry that he has to actually talk, or (gasp!) listen to the proles. Much like his pal Nancy Pelosi, I bet he seethes with rage over having to deal with persons beneath him, especially those who dare disagree with him.
This tough guy stance Mr. Biden is taking only exasperates the realities of his being a paper tiger. He should take his ill gotten gains and retire somewhere with a lax extradition policy.
