You Should Know About This Chernobyl Fungus That Eats Radiation
msn ^ | 2/7/2020 | Caroline Delbert

A fungus observed inside Chernobyl is a radiation extremophile that could inspire new technology. Removing radiation and even turning it into energy could help clean disaster sites and enable spaceflight. The fungi use high amounts of melanin to both resist radiation and turn it into energy.

In the Ukrainian language, Chernobyl means 'wormwood'.

In the Bible, there is a reference to 'wormwood' in the book of Revelation/Apocalypse.

"The third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water—the name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters turned bitter, and many people died from the waters that had become bitter." Revelation 8:10-11

Somebody, possibly including those involved with the article, has spent too much time playing plants versus Zombies.

The more us humans think we know, the more it’s proven we don’t know jack.
And the leftists would have you believe in “settled science” and just hand your money and freedom over to them, so they can save us all...

“Things” are radioactive and emit radiation. Fungi eat those things. Do the digestive processes of the fungi somehow alter the atomic composition so the fungi not become radioactive? The article is not very clear. Usually when someone absorbs radiation, that person themselves become radioactive. That is why after my PET scan I was told not to handle babies so my radioactivity wouldn’t affect them.

You can’t “eat” ionizing gamma radiation emitted by Chernobyl effluents any more than you can “eat” radio waves or sunshine. You might think the media would find the right term to describe whatever this is.

I guess its like using the term “moderate” to describe candidate Booty-gigge. I think “knob-gobbling” is a more technically correct adjective.

...

Nope. The melanin in the fungi absorbs ionizing radiation and converts it into energy like a solar cell converts light into energy.

All we have to do is line our cars with mushrooms and run on nukes

here is the word they call it Transduction ;

Melanin, Radiation, and Energy Transduction in Fungi.
