Ok ok. Lets just get this out in the open once and for all.
Why are all words in every human language that have traditionally been used to describe criminality now considered code for “Black People”.
How could that POSSIBLY have happened?
Maybe they are a bunch of thugs.
I usually use the correct adjective when calling someone a thug.
Was he wrong?
Uh oh. Did he talk about their hair?
In Richmond, CA, they renamed the Woodrow Wilson Elementary School to the Michelle Obama Elementary School. Just substituting one racist for another, but hey, this is the Bay Area.

Is this a serious story or satire?
If so many people of your race act badly enough that you think the word “thug” starts being associated with your race, maybe the problem should be dealt with by toning down the thuggish behavior.
Personally, I don’t see thuggishness being a race issue. But apparently these people do, or they wouldn’t be claiming it was racist to use the word “thug”.
Back in my high school days (a very long time ago) I was referred to as a HOOD, as in HOODLUM.
HOODLUM = A person who engages in crime and violence; hooligan or gangster.
Guess I outgrew the crime part when I enlisted.
