Q: Dr. Fauci do you hate Donald Trump and his supporters?
Remember when O’Dumbo would refer to ISIS as ISIL? And everyone in his administration fell in line... but everyone else on the planet call it ISIS.
This fiasco shows the danger of -- believe it or not -- relying TOO MUCH on the advice of professionals who know more about a subject matter than anyone else in a situation where hysteria and unpredictable human behavior play such a huge role. The danger isn't in relying on the professionals; it's in relying on them when the expectations are completely unreasonable.
I work professionally as a civil engineer, and I specialize in the planning and design of transportation infrastructure. If you tell me there are 100 fatalities in motor vehicle crashes in this country every day and you ask me how to eliminate them (or at least reduce them by 95%), I'm going to give you a simple answer that will solve the problem entirely: OUTLAW MOTOR VEHICLES.
Now if you give me the same scenario and tell me that you want to reduce the current fatality rate by 5% every year for the next ten years, I'm going to give you a much more reasonable and practical set of recommendations that aren't preposterous on their face.
This is what is happening with all these medical professionals who are advising our political leaders. Are you noticing a pattern in the answers they give in these press briefings? Almost every answer is basically a variation of one of the following:
1. "We don't know for certain."
2. "Without any certainty we recommend extreme caution."
That's exactly what is happening here. They are medical professionals. They will never even declare an "end" to this viral outbreak until a vaccine is developed that is 100% effective.
Fauci is deep State bottom slime. He is a butt sniffing buddy with Hillary Clinton. So expect him to knife Trump any chance he gets. This will play out like a bad movie. Trump will get tired of his back stabbing and fire him. Then the media will run around with their hair on fire because Trump fired the only person who could save us according to them and brain dead Biden. God help our country survive the Fauci’s in this pathetic government.

Calling it “the Chinese virus” is political.
Calling it the China coronavirus is imprecise, but valid.
Calling it the Wuhan Coronavirus is fully in keeping with norms - the Chinese just don’t want any reference to anything they are responsible for mentioned.
“Science” magazine does not understand geopolitics, nor do they know how to deal with a communist regime, because most of them probably love communism. “Chinese virus” is Trump calling out the commies, like a gunslinging cowboy of the Old West calling out the bad guy. The Lefty tut-tutters will NEVER understand this or agree with it.
He needs to offer his resignation. Because of his leadership the CDC was totally unprepared for this or any other new virus to come down the pike. His agency dallied on producing a working test kit and then he dallied on getting a mass production in place.

I would not fire Fauci, but he should be moved quietly to the side if he cannot realize that being a team player doesn't mean he has to compromise his scientific views. He needs to carefully weigh the impact of his statements.

He is a career bureaucrat and knows nothing about business or the economy. He has no clue about the consequences of his demands, er, recommendations.
