Trump on House Dems' coronavirus relief bill: 'No way I’m signing that deal' with 'Green New Deal stuff'.

President Trump said Tuesday that he would not support an emergency coronavirus response bill pitched by House Democrats earlier this week.

<<>>

“I came in, I told Mike [Pence], I told a lot of people, 'There is no way I am signing that deal," the president added.

Trump said Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., had almost reached an agreement on the response bill over the weekend before Democrats suddenly injected the “Green New Deal” into the mix.

Well, now you have a choice. Believe me, or Fox News. Choose carefully, but consider our relative track records.

I’m kidding. Yes, that is A bill, but Pelosi has shelved it. She is not bringing that one to a vote. She is going to try to rubber stamp the Senate bill I posted above without even re-calling the House into session. This is the Senate bill, written by McConnell and Mnuchin, negotiated with Schumer, and coming to a vote later today.

Chinese corporations operating in America must not be eligible for the upcoming trillion-dollar bailout, now or ever.

The Chinese own the iconic Waldorf Astoria Hotel, NYC......among other US holdings.

Veto it anyway. This is insanity to propose even a trillion for this hoax

TARP turned a profit for the taxpayers. This may as well.

Where can I find a copy of this bill? I’d like to read it, before “voting on it”.

Not sure where you find it but the dem's was 1200 pages and the senates is 1054 pages..... I do not see a HUGE difference.

The Democrats are using the coronavirus crisis to make people dependent.

I believe in the bill that just passed, there is a provision that any Trump properties, which are run by his son, may NOT receive any financial help in any way, shape or form. The Dems are truly evil.

Nancy actually pulled her bill. And I’m betting Schumer told her to chuck it.

"VETO THAT CRAP, POTUS Trump!"

I was thinking that PDJT should have his response on camera.. Maybe hold the bill up and say "Hey Nancy, this is for you", and rip it in half.. That would be so cool.!
But, that would be hard to do, the darn thing is 1500 pages or so.. Trump needs to get a wood chipper and park it on the white house lawn..... That'll work..

Wait, you think it’s “evil” that the government not hand discretionary cash to the president?

POTUS should order the phoney to the Oval Office, rip the bill into four pieces, then drop them at her feet while explaining that his specific notes of changes can be found in those torn sheets and that she is not to come back unless said changes are made.

Apparently they did bar any of Trump’s businesses from participation. This shows EXACTLY where we stand in this country between the deep state/foreign affiliated and The People. Roll back the clock 250 years and most of the rabble in DC would either be hanging in the Navy Yard or exiled and on their way out of the country.

Those businesses should be entitled equally as any other.

I’m with you. Save the trillions and just shame these governors into letting businesses open back up.

Instead of shutting anything down, these governors should be telling people to stop handshaking, embracing strangers, touching door handles, railings, plumbing, etc., without gloves and when you are sick STAY THE F HOME.l!!

With those behaviors, they could have kept everything open, people could have kept their jobs and businesses, and their 401k wouldn’t have been decimated.

I don’t want to see the virus spread, but there’s no evidence closing businesses is stopping the spread - certainly not enough to be worth causing a recession over.

I think the Democrat governors want a recession to hurt Trump, and they want to use the gifs as an excuse to do leftist stuff - I heard they closed gun shops in NJ, but legal marijuana shops remain open - go figure.
