My initial response to seeing this headline in the feed was to laugh out loud, and I doubt I am the only one.
BIDEN: We got to take care of the CURE, man.
TRUMP: Go take your nap, Joe.
If DJT accepts the call, Biden can claim influence on positive outcomes and say "he didn't listen" re negative outcomes.
It also would afford Mister Biden more legitimacy than he commands.
The best response? Something like "While I thank you Joe for your offer, there is nothing in your resume to suggest that you have expertise in any part of the national response; and thus, I do not solicit your council when I have the best and brightest already working for me. Please instruct your peeps to write something up and send to congress." .
Why?
Joe has no standing …. he’s NOT the nominee. So far, he’s just one of the clowns that ran for the nomination.

i too offered to call President to discuss national coronavirus response, but he must not have been interested because i could never get through ... if President Trump didn’t want to discuss that with me, i can’t imagine that he’d want to discuss it with Joe “Dementia” Biden ...
Now would be a good time for one of those radio stations to contact Biden and pretend they are the president.
