In Canada, Canadians on FB are crowing about their lower death rate. 3 per 1 million vs 14 for the USA. I can’t explain it. Despite the popular myth Canada is a more urban country than the USA, so I don’t understand why our death rate is so low.

Good answer on stockpile depletion.
Depleted stockpile doesn't mean we're out, it means the items are being shipped directly to the hospitals. Stockpile management is just another choke point for delay.
The whole concept of "hub and spoke" model of stockpiles and central distribution is probably what President Trump was speaking about when he talked about obsolete systems and procedures.
He modernized the supply chain to be B2B instead of B2stockpile2B.

We had a family get together (via Skype) and people were laughing about the United States having the highest number of cases and making snarky comments about Trump. One of those moments that I just had to not do or say anything (just stepped away for a short bit) and let it go in one ear and out the other.
