And we are being subjected to this huge Chinese propaganda push that they are out there saving Western countries.
I think at the very least they let the virus spread without warning the world because they didn’t want to be the only country economically impacted. That’s the kind of regime they are.

Well, as was once said of a Miami sports team owner, is even more true for the China: If they could tell the truth and it would do them good, they’d lie anyway.
The constant Chinese lies are going to keep getting this more and more traction and it is going to have some huge ramifications for their economy even when we return to normal.

- obscured the first cases in November 2019
- forced scientists to destroy their samples
- did not inform the world in a timely manner
- did not impose travel restrictions until it was too late
- said that human to human contact would not spread it (CDC echoed China’s talking point)
- China has said this was of US origin
whether this escaped from a lab or was even deliberately unleashed or naturally occurring, it’s clear that China has repeatedly lied

This is the only justifications that I can see for the lockdowns and closing the economy to boot. That there are things they saw or knew that we are not privy to yet.
But what if you release your bug after already developing a vaccine and antibody test. You vaccinate the people you favor ahead of time, say the Politburo, their families and friends, then if it comes back, you let your deadwood die and save the rest you feel like saving, looking like heroes to boot.

Earlier last week Tucker Carlson did a segment on the origin of the coronavirus. Carlson, who has been pretty aggressive in his coverage of the virus, pointed out a Chinese research paper (since pulled by the author) which claimed the virus could not have arisen at the Wuhan wet market because the horseshoe bats where the virus arose were not for sale at the market. In fact, the bats are not naturally found anywhere within 900 miles of the market. However, bats were being studied for viruses they carried in two labs including one just a few hundred meters from the market.
