And it paints a picture of an American government that could have ramped up mitigation and containment efforts far earlier to prepare for a crisis poised to come home. In trying to slam our President, ABC News really humiliates China. Only two take aways from this article:
1) China was deliberately-deceiving the world, or
2) China was too stupid to know what our government supposedly knew.
Is that really what ABC News intended to reveal?

And in January Trump issued the first travel ban on folks incoming from China. Yes, it was an “imperfect” ban, but it did help, it did reduce the flow.
