Yes, that’s what those who have been following HCQ have been observing since Dr. Didier Raoult published his first study -— Administer the HCQ+ Azithromycin and Zinc protocol as soon as Covid-19 is diagnosed *AND* symptoms are manifest. This will definitely help total recovery in less than a week.
DO NOT WAIT TILL INTUBATION BECOMES NECESSARY !!
HCQ’s effectiveness for intubated patients is not as impressive ( although there are stories about recoveries as well ).

Interesting tidbit. I know an ER doc at the same hospital as the Doc who said current ventilator protocols are wrong because Covid isnt attacking the lungs, it’s attacking the blood’s ability to carry 02. That may be why HCQ is effective. Anyway the doc I know had Covid about a month ago. She was home in Q when she had a crisis. Very short of breath. The ER sent a doc to get her. They gave her high volume O2 AND HCQ&ZPACK. She was home on day six. This was IIRC even before Trump’s briefing statement. It’s not the flu. It may not be totally respiratory. And that’s why HCQ et al work

My purely anecdotal hunch is that Dr. Zelensky’s protocol is safer, and he certainly has results that are no less promising than what Raoult is reproting.
Watch his videos, he’s an impressive guy and a real battlefield doctor.
