They are are professional liars. And many are corrupt.
No one will be held accountable. They will “indict” the system and blame a lack of administrative controls for it. They will pretend to “reform” the agencies so it doesn’t happen again. But it surely will.
Your government in “action”.
I am frustrated and pissed off also as are many others. We should be.
With that said, all we can do is wait and see what Barr does. We became so used to every tidbit of this fraudulent and partisan investigation being leaked to the media, but that is not the typical way investigations are done.
My only point is that we do not know what is being done. Barr is very careful with his language so I think his declarative statement to Ingraham was far stronger than his previous statements. Does it mean justice is about to be meted out? All we can do is wait and yes, up until this point, there has been none to include dismissing the obviously partisan prosecutions of those around Trump.
I think that's a good thing!
Conservatives have been frustrated that the "Russia collusion" collusion in the government-media complex hasn't been rooted out and firing squads hired 3 years ago. And I would agree--emotionally.
But the roots of the anti-Trump conspiracy stretch, literally, back to a government culture created by World War II, when the bureaucracy ballooned and started to create its own America--heavily infiltrated by Communist agents and careerist parasites. Ninety-nine percent of Americans cannot imagine how vast this world of self-dealing mediocrity is. The Wu Flu has shined the lights on more clueless, disloyal, corrupt dweebs than anyone imagined existed. And they infest almost anywhere you point in the Beltway of Oz.
The investigation into the 0bama-Hillary-leech conspiracy against Trump involves such a vast, feckless amount of perversion and law-breaking--a conspiracy of nearly a whole Washington demographic--that you can't just drop a net over it. You have to pre-empt the media counter-attack, which would claim that Trump is the one making partisan use of government.
I believe the only way to do that is to create a whole web of cases unseen, researching and preparing the evidence, staff, and case strategy ahead of time. Then, once it's "go-time" in the second term, you start setting them off, one after the other, leaving the Deep State and its media no chance to mount a coherent counterattack and a counter-narrative to each new crisis.
It's a whole culture that needs to be mapped, trapped, and destroyed, and it can't happen overnight. But happen it must.

Barr becomes an accomplice after the fact if EVERYONE involved does not go to prison for life, or worse, for attempting to overthrow the United States government.
