Adam Lankford (2016) asserted that the United States accounted for 31 percent of the worlds public mass shooters over the 47 years from 1966 to 2012. The news media around the globe widely publicized Lankfords claim as soon as he started circulating his unpublished paper in 2015. Yet, despite numerous requests from researchers and the news media over four years, Lankford refused to provide a list of his cases or explain how he compiled them

Ahhh...the signs of normality are appearing everywhere. Global warming dire threats, trannies, mass shooting articles.
He refuses to reveal his methodology for the exact same reason Professor Mann refused to reveal his when he published his MMGW Hockeystick graph.
That reason? GIGO. Same GIGO we got in relation to the Wuhan Flu death rates. Liberal Pinheads pushing an agenda.
That was worth reading. I read it a couple of days ago, and it went into how Lankford’s methodology and data were highly flawed. He chose some cases from certain data sets and not others based on no clear criteria.
They also went into what the actual percentage is, and I want to say that it was less than 4%.

Loosey-goosey definitions were the first thing that occurred to me. If operational definitions aren’t agreed upon and adhered to — it’s impossible to discuss anything rationally. Hence, I always check the definitions leftists use in making any argument. Often, they’ll use two or more conflicting definitions in the same article — whatever is required to make their ‘point’.
UVA spent around $750,000 protecting Mann’s work from a Freedom of Information Act request.
Gotta keep the narrative. How many mass shooters are NRA members?
