Looks like the Oxford vaccine is grown in aborted human tissue culture as well. See this and this.

Yeah, there are a lot of companies that would like to come with something to sell in the way of a vaccine. But, in the US, it’s moot for all practical purposes - after another year or two of going multiple rounds with covid19 there won’t be much left to save.
This is where places like China have a better shot at control via a vaccine - they can mobilize their country to get their hands on one or make one and vaccinate their populace without it taking years. (Think building over a dozen field hospitals in few weeks time). Sometimes totalitarian has a plus.

I’m not taking a COVID-19 Vaccination, nor do I ever take a flu Vaccination nor do I get the flu.

Sure, you can also take the chance with possibly getting Covid-19 and simply riding it out. That would be like a natural vaccine.

Well, you almost certainly do get the flu virus in your system, possibly even every year, but your immune system is apparently talented enough to wipe it out and make antibodies for it before it becomes an issue for you. I'm mostly the same. If I do ever get sick, it's almost always one symptom at a time, and not nearly the misery that everyone else suffers.

The largest trial in human history was just done in JAN-MAR... those many millions taking HCQ already had virtually zero deaths worldwide, while the control group... the rest of us... had quite a few more.

Can't say the sample size was too small, can't say that it wasn't an amazing success, can't say that the possible side effects are unknown or even serious (47 in one million get a mild heart arrhythmia, even fewer get some blurred vision, and that's with long term use... not the 5-day course require for Covid-19). It's cheap, plentiful, easy to manufacture, FDA approved, and now thoroughly tested on a global scale. Quit the games and profiteering, and get it out there even more than it already is.

(My ex has a 3-month supply for arthritis, I can have 5 pills to anyone in my circle within a day, if needed. Just need the Z-Pak and Zinc to maximize effectiveness.)

What about the trials to see how HCQ acts as a prophylaxis? If it does, a vaccine would be moot.

Oh, I am sorry, you are absolutely correct. People were in my office for months working with the Flu this year, I felt it coming on twice and within a day or so it was gone, no doubt I had immunity to it. People were so sick they were working IN THE OFFICE with their winter coats on INSIDE while running a fever. This is quite common, I have never worked anywhere that people didn’t come in sick as dogs to work. And we’re computer programmers and can work at home whenever we want to.

This behavior has to change, regardless of Covid this is reckless behavior.

They should make the research open source and available for immediate production licence free in any drug lap capable of producing it.

Not all companies pay their staff full rates when they’re sick. Mine didn’t.
