Something else to consider is that a lot of these Jersey Shore businesses rely on foreign kids to staff their operations during the summer months. They may have a big problem getting those visas approved this summer.

I feel for tourist places such as these beach towns, where they have just a few months out of the year to make their money.Some of them have been known to take in government subsidized tenants in the off-season.
