I want to know when there will be a full review of the George Papadopoulos case.

What was their predicate? It was manufactured by paid human sources who pushed contacts with him along with false information.

Who attempted to frame him by giving him 10,000 cash that he might not declare at the airport? The Special Counsel.

The fraud on the FISA court to violate his rights? This is already established via the Carter Page FISA applications.

The perjury trap. We saw how this was wrong in the Flynn case - why is nobody pointing out the same thing with Papadopoulos?

Barr should be moving to thoroughly investigation ALL of the Special Counsel convictions and how they were obtained. All of them. This was a dirty investigation.

Manafort committed crimes. I don’t think he would have been prosecuted were it not for his links to Trump, but he failed to disclose money. However, he was not alone when he did this.

Why is there not an investigation of the Podesta’s (who he was partnered with) for the same thing?

Didn’t Comey get a book deal? That money should go to Flynn.

Powell can file a civil lawsuit against Comey, McCabe, Strozk, and Page.

The motion to dismiss indicates that they violated his civil rights under color of the law. I don’t think this DOJ will defend them as official actions are only covered if they are legal.

The burden in a civil case is 51%. The right to demand discovery in a civil case is fairly unlimited if the Judge finds the deposition under oath to be relevant.

This matter with Flynn is not over. He is going to be a pretty wealthy man I suspect.

As I said above - I think the same is true for Papadopoulos after his case is vacated if they review it as well.

Setting perjury traps is SOP for the FBIAS.

Louis Freeh was FBI director, followed by Mueller, Comey, and Wray. All cut from the same cloth.

And yet Hannity somehow still thinks after all these rotten heads that 99% of them are good people.

Hell no, it’s not 30 minutes. He’s been on the job FIFTEEN months with all of this recently released info at his fingertips. How many years are you willing to give him?

How exactly do you know that? You don't. You are making it up.

How many years are you willing to give him?

Hopefully 4 more. Even that probably won't be enough, but it would be a good start.

Barr is covert deep state. It was Flynns lawyer that exposed the DOJ and made Barr back off. That tells me he is a player in the corrution. And where is the Durham indictment thst wer supposed to drop in March? It wont happen until after the election if Trump wins and sweep it under the rug if he looses. Trump should attack Barr night and day until his fat ass resigns! He is worthless.

One thing has bothered me, though. To commit perjury you have to LIE. How do you trap someone into lying? And isn’t pleading guilty to something you did not do LYING? So a guilty plea could be perjury!

Conversely, pleading not guilty to something you DID do is lying, and thus perjury, right?

They are. If a local police officer framed someone the way the FBI just did. They would be arrested (by the FBI) and facing a decade in prison for violating civil rights of the color of law.

According to the motion to dismiss, the supposed lies to the FBI(not perjury, as he was not under oath), were actually ambiguous statements, that he didn’t remember, or couldn’t recall the details of the discussion with Kislyak. Immediately afterwards, the FBI agents concluded Flynn was not being deceptive. It was not until several months later, with the sudden appearance of an altered 302 report that the Mueller team turned into a criminal charge. While not described in the motion, the speculation is that Mueller pressured Flynn to plead guilty, otherwise, they were going to target Flynn’s son with a criminal investigation.

First, you bankrupt then and let him watch his family have to pack and move from their home. You remind him that your budget to attack him remains unlimited. Then you get him alone, and tell him you are going to frame the his son.
That’s how innocent people.

As for the lie, the FBI settles on a story. If you say anything that deviates from their opinion of the event, they call it a lie. Also, if you are literally incorrect about a date or some minor detail they call it a lie. It’s super easy for them to find a minor contradiction. No one should ever speak to the FBI for any reason.

Trump was in office, Flynn wasn’t committing any crime, and they were all about to be exposed. So they had to create the “crime” in a hurry.

“There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.”

I think Hannity is refering to the rank and file FBI guys. The rot is at the top. Skim off the senior management and maybe a layer or two below and start over with an new Constitutional direction.

Who has been hiring and training the rank and file?

Comey, Mueller, Freeh (of Richard Jewell infamy)

It’s rotten to the core and a danger to us all.

The lower level employees are not to be excused either. They are just as guilty on many counts.

Don’t talk with law enforcement without an attorney present. Period.

LTG Flynn was *stupid* for doing so.

Learn from his mistake.
