Many of us lived with such symptoms long before COVID. It sucks to be stricken with disability at a “relatively” young age, but these are not children. t sucks, but that’s life in the real world. Can you imagine sane adults in the 1950s comparing this to polio?
Every single story like this is nothing but unadulterated anecdote. What are the numbers? How many of these people had an undiscovered autoimmune disorder?

While this article does explain things that are true, it begs conclusions that are wildly untrue.
This is just fear mongering. The vast majority of people who have moved to this level of crisis are over 70 years old.
So, showing pictures of 17 year olds that you have to dig into the text to find that its about the 49 year old mother who is an outlier.. is just manipulation
