There are bizarre instances in which the number of mail-in ballots delivered to a residence was larger than the number of actual residents.

I had said this before and I will say so again.
Voter Fraud or Ballot Tampering should be punishable by death.
I mean that, sincerely.
Guess what? For the first time ever I have received two census forms. One has the correct address, and one has a slight variation in the address that still allowed it to be delivered to me. If I filled both of them out, and then sent both of them in, then I imagine that I would be counted twice. Did I mention that live in a very democratic state. Now imagine this happening with mail in ballots.
In 1996 I ran for the State Senate. Got creamed.
One precinct’s results were 100% for the other guy. So I drove there. The whole precinct was a nursing home.
Someone in the mailroom had confiscated all the ballots, filled them out, and sent them in.
We need a heavy penalty for this cr*p. Dems think vote fraud is a game and the only rule is “the end justifies the means”.
I remember in 2008 a guy in Oregon reporting that he called his local election office because he found a pile of ballots (around 80 as I recall) on top of the mail box station in his 4-unit apartment complex. They were all addressed to hispanic names in the apartment where a lady in her 80s lived. The election office wasn’t interested; they said it was a case for the post office. He called the post office and they didn’t care either. He ended up throwing them away.
My Uncle was running for County Commissioner in a West Tennessee County and when all of the legal votes were counted, he was ahead by 33 votes. Overnight the Democrats “found” another box from Adamsville that had forty votes for his opponent, all from a nursing home and carried to the courthouse by the other candidate’s father in law. The Democrats are experts at this.
Here in Oregon one halfway house had 32 votes come out of it and students always get ballots both to their parents homes and their dorms at college. We call it fraud by mail since it is easily scammed. No telling how many Mexican votes are counted.
"They took the first 3,800 registrations of the flagged 19,596 homes with six or more registrants and began to investigate further. The group visited addresses and scoured property tax records. The group found many of the addresses were vacant lots or business addresses. Thirty-nine were registered at businesses and 97 of the addresses were nonexistent. One hundred six of the registrations revealed the same registrant registered more than once, and 207 of the addresses turned out to be vacant lots. Meanwhile, 595 registrations had registrants with drivers license addresses not matching the registration, and many were voting in a district they did not live in."
And now you know how the Democrats swept out every Republican office-holder in the Houston area in 2018. This explains why they push so hard for vote-by-mail and using the stay-at-home orders as a premise to commit more fraud.

Yes, and that is how they did it in 2012!
How many republican House seats in CA were lost "overnight" by mail-in ballots? I thought it was 6 seats, but - not surprisingly - cannot find any mainstream news reports of Nancy Pelosi's coup-by-mail. She only has a 13 vote "majority, so it was not her sole method, but CA was essential.
I get all this.
Ultimately, the GOP needs to get back to good old fashioned cheating. We did it in 1876, and no doubt a few other elections. This “holier-than-thou” needs to be blown up. Whatever the DemoKKKrats do, the GOP needs to do in spades.
I’ll use the DemoKKKrats’ own argument: “The stakes are just too important.”
I was in charge of elections for a few years in the ‘80s. If procedures now are similar to then, it seems that voter fraud would be like taking candy from a baby.
Voter rolls have (1) Name (2) Address (3) Party affiliation.
A completed ballot is mailed in, with name and return address on the envelope.
Office staff receives it, checks it against voter roll, and decides if it goes in the pile to be counted, or in the shredder.
If we did that, we would get caught and prosecuted.
The Republicans in CA had a chance to challenge the results in CA in 2018 election but they shut it down and went with the results. They always do this- they don’t get the support of the Party to pursue recounts, hire attorneys, etc. It’s sickening. I remember quite clearly some of the Repubs who ran in CA wanted a recount and challenge and RNC said no.
If the Ds are willing to risk getting prosecuted, perhaps some of our side needs to take that risk as well.
Just sayin, if the other side is cheating, you cannot win playing fair.
Mail in voting and Ballot Harvesting is how they will get over the finish line. I don’t think Biden worries them. They may like a dead fish president. The real president would be whoever is vice with Nancy and Chuck. Defeating Trump would be climatic but they will easily settle for keeping House ,steal Senate, make Trump lame duck and then REALLY blow the brains out of the country in 2024.
In certain areas of the country mail is not delivered to a residence but to a post office box holder. Any ballot so addressed should not be allowed because the recipients resident citizenship cannot be proven.
