The fact that you need permission from the government to operate your business in the first place is the bigger issue

“Licensing for some professions is just plain foolishness.”

Licensed he’s licensing for hair stylist and barber professionals revolves mainly around the core of Sanitation. The other portions of the licensing exam or proficiency and procedures.

I have three immediate and relatives in my family who are hair stylists professionals and they wouldn’t agree that licenses are not necessary for public services.

The thing with driving around is they have to find you. In a building, not so challenging.

Why does a hair-cutter need a government license?

The answer is - in fact, they don’t. Its purely a government money-grab as well as fake claim to regulatory power.

Ha, same here. All the boys in my family are getting regular haircuts. That’s 4 of us at $25.00 a pop, every two weeks. Sure helps our babrber with his groceries.

It is time to fight back. And very hard.

This battle only began in Michigan but will continue to other states until they wear us down.

Use the laws to fight back and hit them square in the jaw.

Don't know what joke you're talking about. What I posted was just common sense.

Why the hell do we even put up with a government edict that says you need a license to cut hair in the first place?!

Suspended with out a hearing I bet.

Where was his due process?

He was singled out in an arbitrary, punitive action, that's obvious. Next step is a maddog attorney - they tore their asses on this stunt and it's time to make them pay. Interesting how barbers and hairdressers are the tip of the spear in this contemporary struggle for liberty.
