Didn’t really seen anything new, from what we already knew. Comey definitely had it out for Flynn. Of course this is a “Self-CYA” memo for Rice.
This seems to be the memo that we’ve already heard about, with the reference to doing things “by the book.” It certainly does have a CYA ring to it; it’s odd, to say the least.
Almost certainly Rice is going to be Biden’s VP pick. She checks the identity politics boxes and has long been an Obama favorite.
Best get everything out on her ahead of that time to avoid the “election interference” nonsense that is sure to happen.

Imagine how great our press could be if even 1/4th of our journalists were as unbiased and dedicated as Catherine Herridge. Of course the majority of the MSM thinks she is a traitor for deviating from their plan.
I noticed that too. I’m figuring it is code for something other than “by the book”. More of a CYA if it did go wrong. I sure do wish that they ALL would end up in orange.... Obummer, Shrillery, Sleepy Joe, Rice, Comey, Schiff, Pelosi, Schumer, Brenner, Clapper, Stozk, Page, etc, most all of DC in general...…
Why was that paragraph ever redacted? It does give away that Flynn’s calls were being monitored, but that has been obvious for a long time.
The Soebarkah that Didn’t Bark. Flynn’s call with Kislyak occurred in late Dec 2019. Comey knows about them. But NO ONE at the meeting expresses concern about the content of the calls. Not a peep about the Logan Act — the only thing Obama talks about is whether Flynn should receive classified information, as if Flynn were Hillary Clinton or something.
All the subsequent crap about the Logan Act was ginned up as an excuse to go after Flynn.
So Comey “does something.” Acting AJ Yates goes “yikes!” but doesn’t do anything about it. Because why? She’s Comey’s boss.
Don’t show it to Barr. He can’t even look at such things.
I think this is the key paqrt of the newly un redacted paragraph:
“Comey replied “potentially.” He added that he has no indication thus far that Flynn has passed classified information to Kislyak, but he noted that “the level of communication is unusual.”
So Comey admits that there was no basis for interrogating Flynn. That’s a smoking gun to me.
What it shows is that Obama WAS involved in the Flynn decision making. Also that they were planning to cut Flynn out of the sharing of information. And that they had no reason to believe that Flynn had acted improperly. And finally that this had nothing to do with lifting sanctions, which is what they supposedly were concerned about. It also shows that they were monitoring all of his conversations. Not just that one.
