I don’t know if it will be enough to sway a jury, but it will be an interesting trial.
According to the police report, Floyd was claiming he could not breath early on in the encounter when he was standing beside the police car.
I’m watching the news closely to see how many new cases develop from these protests/looting/rioting.
Holy cow! Chauvin, Kueng and Lane will all test positive as an extra consequence for not keeping Floyd in the car when they had him there. They have become today’s Three Stooges.

Pretty sure the cops did have masks on when the arrived on scene. But then, they haven’t yesterday positive or they’d be cooling their heels at home.
I understand the memorial is tomorrow. Will George be in attendance? Will it be a open or close casket? Will Joe Biden be there? Will there be more or less than 10 people attending? Will social distancing be practice during the memorial? Well see..........

No surprise - I didn’t see him wearing a mask.
So, what’s the slant gonna be?
They gonna say the cops should have been wearign masks so they couldn’t catch/spread it?
They gonna say they should have considered he might be compromised from it and might have trouble breathing?
Someone gonna decide he’s a “Covid casualty”?
Or are they gonna go with the obvious...the cops acted poorly and killed the guy....putting us back at square one with this useless article...
