my daughter who lives in Portsmouth area of Hampton Roads, drove by numerous groups of black people all in their yards looking like they were gearing up. She said there were many many houses with groups of 15 to 20 at each individual house along one road she traveled to get to her work ...all handing out backpacks or bags and all had the same tee shirts on.
