I don’t really care who that sad sack picks, VP candidates almost never really help anyone. Besides, sad-sack Biden already has a lock on DC, and the lions share of the black vote who mindlessly vote for any democrat. All Bowser if noted for is allowing the rioting and destruction to continue in her city and using a lot of city funds to paint Black Lies Matter on a street, essentially vandalizing that street with taxpayer money.
Bowser would be an ideal running mate. She is trying to set up the White House for a mass assault where the anarchists and communists will over run any defenders because she has kicked out national guard defenders and worked hard to stop any military defense.
Biden will get a lot more in a VP package like that if she is his choice.

VP candidates are supposed to provide 2 things. First, a guarantee that the team will win the VP’s home state, as though they are a “favorite son/daughter” of that state. They should draw in a few votes themselves, by being on the ticket. Second, assurance to the voters that if they ascend to the presidency for whatever reason, it will be okay.
I think Mike Pence fills those roles for Trump.
