Big time criminal act, and which, easily proved by the demand for the dude’s phone (who knows where it is, hopefully not in possession of the muslim islamofascist AG Ellison)— will justify the shoving— to protect the actions of the police from an agent provacateur. Tough crap he “fell” but maybe he didn’t since there is zero info on his “condition” and if released from hospital where is he?
