The summer off school year thing is very American/ western. The rest of the world is oriented to year round school with short breaks, maybe a 6 week break for flip around.
This new virus may be a blessing in disguise if it dethrones the Communist Party in china.

Original R0 equated to a herd immunity at around 70%. With plenty of precautions, we could potentially get the R0 down to where herd immunity is closer to 50%. With a miracle or two, maybe 30%.
There are 330 million Americans. If 30% eventually become infected (99 million) and 0.5% - 1% die, that’s 495,000 - 990,000. At 50% herd (165 million infected), 0.5% is 825,000 and 1% is 1.65 million.
0.5% infection fatality rate is no joke. That’s a lot of dead Americans.

IMO this was an act of war upon the USA.

I hope the halt of flights from China to here stays in effect.
I think only flights with Americans returning home are allowed.
The Chinese chest cold is less dangerous than the regular flu. It is NOT the Spanish Flu. Far from it.
Most people who get the virus are asymptomatic. Many more only exhibit light symptoms.
The elderly and people with underlying medical conditions are the most vulnerable. As they are with the regular flu and other viruses. So, what’s the difference?
This is clearly another attempt by China, the Globalists and the Demonrats (But I repeat myself) to enforce another lockdown and to force the sheeple to wear masks.

The Chinese don't HAVE to produce these horrific viruses every year. It's in THEIR power NOT to. It's all about CLEANLINESS. Yes, it DOES cost but the COST of all those deaths rates high with US. It doesn't with them. The Chinese don't have a high priority on life. Never did...except for RICH MALES. The rest of the world can ROT for how much they care.
Remember, they tossed their baby girls down the wells.
THEN, with amniocentesis they aborted so many female fetuses that the poor Chinese men could find no wife. Those poor men were OFFICIALLY called the BARE BRANCHES.
THEN the government had the ONE-BABY program. So, baby girls were tossed out in the garbage/aborted again.
Then they tried the TWO-BABY program. I have NO idea how that's working out for them.
Remember: the Chinese (not American-born Chinese) believe in TWO things: LUCK and MONEY. That's it!
