What is this “alledgedly” crap” The video is plain and cannot be interpreted any other way.
To them it’s a game. It’s called the knockout game and they pick on the weak and the elderly. Can you imagine the uproar if white guys were going around punching elderly black ladies?

When I was in the Army I saw Puerto Ricans go face to face and one on one, I saw white guys do the same thing, but I NEVER saw a black guy go one on one with anybody. They either had to have a whole group with them, or sneak up and attack from behind.
“allegedly” is only used for black perps....when a cop gets accused of a crime its “murder” from the get go from every mayor,governor,senator, etc....no allegedly about it...
The real issue is the failure of black America and violent,drug addicted,crime perpetuating barbaric young black males brought on by the DNC.

Actually, the use of “allegedly” is strictly a legal matter. Under American law, everyone — even people on video — is presumed innocent until proven guilty. If a media outlet doesn’t use “allegedly” or “reportedly” or some other qualifier, the perp’s sleazy attorney can gum up the works by going on and on about “trial by media.”
This has been going on since the sixties at least. We are just not supposed to mention it.

If the police want to know who the assailant is, just show his photo around city jails. Someone will turn him in for a reward, better, food, a shorter sentence, or a position with Comrade DeBlasio’s administration.
