Based on what I heard on our local AM News station, it was US Marshals who made the arrests.
To ALL: Fwiw, MOST of the Confederate statues that have been pulled down or vandalized are PRIVATELY OWNED. = Look for the vandals & the various officials who failed to protect the statues to be sued into bankruptcy.
