Never do liberal justices ever vote on the other side.

Roberts started out as appearing to be conservative. He has been making a gradual shift to liberal though the years. He'd side with the libs on occasion, then come back to the reservation and vote conservative a few times. I think he has now completely made the shift to liberal justice. I think the only time we'll see him vote with the conservatives will be on lopsided decisions like 9-0 or 7-2.

The question is: how long has he been liberal? Did he start out as a conservative and evolve? I think he always was a liberal. His confirmation was Kabuki theater just like Souter's was for Bush 41. I think both Bushes knew they were saddling us with liberal justices.

Roberts likes very much how his bread has been getting buttered, and being a Kingpin, and A-List parties, and having his mystery Irish adopted kids all these years, thank you kindly.

Not gonna rock that boat. Nope.

It would take something potentially devastating from patriots to move him right. Even then, he’d still be untrustwothy.

He’s not even trying. To hide it now... liberal all the way. Hope his past scandals find him soon.

Spare us the misleading lecture. There are cases that are 9-0, 8-1, etc., and every now and then you’ll see a 5-4 with an unusual lineup, but on the big, divisive cases that matter the most the leftist four are almost always together. Only a question of which “conservative” vote will cross over and join them. It was that way when Stevens and Souter were still on the Court and it’s that way now with Sotomayor and Kagan.

Voting is more important than ever. We will be forever lost if Biden gets to appoint a couple justices.

GWB knew EXACTLY who Roberts was when he was nominated and later named CJ.

GWB also tried to give us another leftist with Harriet Meyers but the pushback forced him to name Sam Alito...THANK GOD!

The Bush family is an evil, anti-American family.

I fully expected this. It’s no longer a culture war; it’s a war between good and evil. It is unclear to me whether Roberts is on the side of evil or whether he is just a weakling, but it doesn’t matter. This county is in trouble.

In the four years following his re-election, President Trump will just have to neutralize the dishonorable Roberts with a conservative nomination to replace Ginsburg and a conservative nomination to secure Thomas's seat upon his retirement.

This is the primary reason of why the Democrat/Left simply cannot "let" the American people re-elect Trump.

The entire Oligarchy is on a mission to demoralize conservatives.

Don’t fall for it.

This seems like more a ruling on how a state can regulate its medical practitioners, and not specifically about abortion. It seems to sidestep the whole right to life issue, which should always be the main argument. But it still seems wrong in that a state should be able to regulate such things.

I wanted to give him every benefit of the doubt. This term and this opinion confirmed it. There is no longer any doubt. He’s gone full Souter. Someone got to him. His opinions at the beginning of his tenure were conservative. He joined Heller and McDonald. He voted against abortion and the redefinition of marriage. He generally wrote conservative and restrained opinions for a number of years.

Then he changed. It started with the Obamacare decision, then he’s drifted further and further left with every opinion and every term.

He got really bad when Scalia does. I think he respected Scalia and followed him. Then when Scalia died, I think Kagan is the one pulling him to the other side.

Souter flopped much more quickly, but once he flipped with Casey, he never went back. Unless we replace Ginsburg, we can’t count on the court to follow the Constitution either.

Keep in mind the insanity of his “opinion” here. He starts out by saying Whole Women’s Health was wrongly decided and that he continues to believe that, yet he pledges his allegiance to Stare Decisis instead of the Constitution.

Yet, when it comes to the 2nd Amendment, he won’t follow Stare Decisis in regards to Heller and McDonald.

He’s a swamp creature. A Souter.

If the 2nd Amendment cases made it up to the court with Roberts, he’d gut Heller and McDonald and render the 2nd Amendment meaningless.

If Biden gets to replace Ginsburg and Breyer with young fat-left liberals, we are stuck with this court for a LONG LONG time.

This election is for all the marbles. All of them.

Ballot box.

Then bullet box. That’s where we are.
