It looks like they start plowing April 1, and still had a ton to plow in June... for one 50 mile long road.
Many Glacier Hotel, Swiftcurrent Motor Inn & Cabins, and Rising Sun Motor Inn & Cabins will remain closed for the 2020 Season. If you have a reservation you do not need to take any action – your reservation will be canceled and your refund will be processed.
The roadways accessing the east side of the park will remain closed for the 2020 season which has forced us to suspend our operations.
• Red Bus Tours will not run for the 2020 season.

Snowing in Norway, flooding in all of China, a cooling atmosphere cannot hold moisture as well. China wet season is more July through mid-August, so we wait for news of the dams on the upper reaches. Could have a cascade failure making news in the near future.
If not all melted by then, consider new glaciers.

Sad to hear about that section being closed. You feel like you are in the Swiss Alps when you are in the Many Glacier area.
Good thing that global warming s here or there would be more snow in the park.
