Glad to read your review, because I saw it on the shelf in Walmart the other day (before the BUY-cott began), and was tempted to try it. Now I definitely will....I, too, love paella!!
Every chain store has their own brand of canned beans - Walmart, Publix, Winn Dixie, etc. Also, Iberia, Hanover, Conchita, Joan of Arc and a few more Hispanic brands sell beans. Loads of canned beans in the grocery store! But I like Goya the very best!!

Rice, beans, Adobo, oil, olives, corn tortillas, flour tortillas, ginger beer, coconut water, 3 kinds of cookies and WOW! Goya thick and hard crackers and Goya Guava paste.
Let me tell you - Goya Guava paste and mozzarella on a Goya thick and hard cracker is worth 5 more pounds on your already fat bottom. Just get this to support the cause and thank me later. Or curse me later :)
Yes—I often add fresh shrimp or some white fish if I have any, to supplement. The can contains mussels and clams and things.
