If the fire suppression system is offline, and maintenance is going on, then there should have been very muscular alternatives on how to prevent a fire like this. Very low quality leadership and training happening in our Navy.AMEN.
In a way, it reminds me of some of the Pearl Harbor battleships with no onboard power or open hatches that could be shut because of repairs.
