I was a contractor for 40 years. The last audit I had was with Sales and Use tax.
He decided I owed a thousand bucks.
I researched the statutes that he referenced and other things.
I sent him a note saying he was using laws that had no bearing on what I do whatsoever. I expect he thought I would just pay the money and be glad it only cost me a grand and he would get a win and justify his trip.
I didn’t pay a penny.
There are plenty of fine people working for the government.
But I wouldn’t trust an FBI agent if he told me it was Tuesday.
Where can we see this memo?
I had QAE’s in Arizona just as crooked as the sky is blue.
Judge Sullivan could care less about exculpatory evidence. However the appeals court might take it into consideration.

AG Barr should walk into his Chambers and specifically ask him if he’s had any contact outside of the courts regarding the disposition or ruling on Flynn’s case. It would be interesting to see if he would respond or take the fifth. I honestly wonder if his retaining a high-dollar attorney was more of an attempt to cover up improper contact through that attorney as opposed to seeking legal representation.
That judge is going to get his ass sued long and hard.
